GTR provides transaction reporting services for derivatives in the U.S. and Canada through the legal entity 存 Data 存储库 (U.S.)有限责任公司. DDR is registered as a Swap Data 存储库 (SDR) with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), a registered Security-Based Swap Data 存储库 (SBSDR) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and is authorized by Canadian regulators to provide derivatives reporting services in all Canadian provinces and territories.
GTR North America - CFTC
As a CFTC registered SDR, DDR enables firms to meet their reporting obligations under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Pub.L. 111-203, H.R. 4173) for all five derivatives asset classes. DDR accepts trade submissions directly from reporting firms as well as through third-party service providers.
In accordance with CFTC regulations, DDR supports the submission of all applicable trade and valuation data. DDR also provides a mechanism for real-time price reporting.

As a SEC registered SBSDR, DDR enables firms to meet their reporting obligations under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
DDR accepts trade submissions directly from reporting firms as well as through third-party service providers.
GTR North America - Canada
DDR supports derivatives trade reporting under Canadian regulations for all Canadian provinces and territories (Alberta, British Columbia, 曼尼托巴, 新布伦瑞克, 新斯科舍, 安大略, 魁北克, 萨斯喀彻温省, 努勒维特, Northwest Territories, Prince Edward Island, 育空河, Newfoundland and Labrador).
